In each pack you will find a base example of each skin tone along with a few makeups to try out! You will also receive 2 buddy packs!!! I will go into more detail about these later, but the short version is any two people of your choice will ALSO receive skin packs of their chosen skin tone!

CHAI Skintone Teaser
Here’s the tone range for the upcoming CHAI Nova release! You’ll notice there’s a total of NINE tones now. “Ooooh ahhhh”
That bikini will be available for free in the shop along with a freebie skin. The free skin will have the bikini permanently attached. This is mostly something nice Im doing for people who cannot afford a nice skin along with selling my makeup-less full skin at a special price.

Since my video I’ve had a flood of IMs and notecards asking to be in the beta for the new CHAI Nova skin line! I’ve decided that an online survey will help keep me from drowning in responses!
Here’s how this is going to work. I’m going to post an exclusive link to a poll in my subscribe-o-matic group later today.
I’m accepting 100 people to take the initial small survey(first come first serve). From that 100 I will choose 20 people to receive a free beta skin pack!
Those 20 people will be asked to take a more in depth questionnaire to express their opinions on the current iteration of the CHAI Nova skin.
I want to take a moment to THANK everyone who contacted me about beta! I can’t tell you how excited I am about this new skin!

CHAI Skins Contest winners announced tonight at 6pm!
I will be announcing the winners of the contests at 6pm this evening EST. Winners will be announced on the blog, in the flickr group, and to the CHAI subscribe-o-matic group.
More detail on what the winners receive:
All winners will have their photograph placed in the main CHAI Skins location in freelon. (If the store moves before the next contest the images will be moved as well. ) These images will also be displayed and linked on my blog when the winners are announced. Each of the three winners will be able to choose one of two prize options.
Option 1: 10 free skins. In transferrable giftcard form. Received immediately. Card is good for any skins of any tone that the winner would like.
Option 2: 1 of a kind custom makeup. (Custom makeup comes in a single skin tone of the winner’s choice, with plain and freckled options. This skin will not be resold. It will be 1 of a kind, named after the winner. Makeup only. I will not change the body, skin tone, or overall aesthetic of the skin. Nor will I add tattoos, body hair, or piercings to the body. However, I can add moles (face only).) Please bear in mind that option 2 is subject to personal time constraints.

Hur!
I managed to remember to pack everything for my long trip… Except my base skin files! (I know!) So at the moment I am working with my dear friend/roommate to help me get my files. I’m going to be as patient as possible and start cataloging my skin requests and blocking them out on base templates so I can drop them on the maps once they come my way.
I’m going to be away from my big sexy computer for about 6 weeks. So, this means I will be using my 3 year old laptop to work. Pardon me if my production gets patchy.

I’ll be out all today and some of tomorrow on travel! I was planning to release a new makeup or two this weekend, but that may not be practical due to the circumstances. I’ll do what I can though!
